Raised in Florida's beautiful gold coast, he pursued his education at Florida State University, earning a degree in Finance & Accounting. Eric's professional journey took him through various successful ventures, starting with commercial banking in Tampa and later leading him to become a Zone Sales Manager for the Ford Motor Company in Houston, Texas.

After a fulfilling career in technology leasing, where he managed significant transactions for esteemed companies like Sun Microsystems, IBM, Comdisco, and Cisco Systems, Eric decided to embark on a new chapter in his life. In 2017, he retired alongside his wife and settled in the vibrant 55+ Kissing Tree community in San Marcos, where he quickly embraced the joys of retirement by pursuing his passions for golf and pickleball.

Yet, real estate had always been Eric's first love, and the allure of the industry proved irresistible. In response to this calling, he "un-retired" and earned his Texas real estate license in 2022, dedicating his skills and expertise to helping others in Kissing Tree and beyond.
