Kaysie Smashey is a proud Texan and dedicated real estate professional who brings discipline, integrity, and competitive drive to every client she serves. Based in Houston, Kaysie has been a licensed Realtor since 2018 and has built her business on trust, hard work, and a genuine commitment to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Her passion for real estate began well before becoming licensed through her own experience investing in and renovating homes. After several successful personal projects and assisting friends and family through the buying process, she decided to pursue real estate full time. Kaysie is known for her strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and unwavering advocacy for her clients.

Originally from El Paso, Kaysie attended The University of Texas at Austin where she graduated with University Honors from the McCombs School of Business with a degree in Marketing.

At UT, she played four years on the Women’s Tennis Team, earning Academic All-American honors and multiple All-Big 12 First Team awards. After graduation, she competed professionally and later worked as a head tennis professional before transitioning into real estate.

Outside of real estate, Kaysie enjoys staying active by playing tennis and golf, traveling, and spending time with her five nieces and nephew.
